Sandra Joy Abolade
Sandra specializes in helping women lose weight, build strength, and feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
She works with clients both in person and online, meeting them exactly where they are — whether they’re new to training, returning after time off, or ready to take their strength to the next level.
Her coaching style is supportive, approachable, and focused on helping you feel capable, strong, and empowered through every stage of your journey.
